A Typical Transfusion

For any of you wondering what a typical experience at Fletcher Allen is like, I video taped, edited and narrated Katie's last trip to the hospital for a transfusion. It is a ruffly three hour process, edited down to nine minutes and twenty three seconds.

We are due for another transfusion on Monday.

WOW!! This was an eye opener! Never really knew what took place and the whole process! WHat a kid she is. She mad me cry! That is just something i think many of us never really knew what all the steps are to this. Thanks for doing the video so we all can see what she goes through. You all are so strong. Take care and wish you all the best...

Good Morning-
Eric and I just watched the video- good job Daddy and Katie! It's pretty wet down here today so Eric is looking forward to his soccer playoffs (indoors) this afternoon. Hope you all have a great day. Amy- let me know if you're coming down. We'll be over at the fairgrounds at 4p for Eric's first game if you come thru that way.
Love, Auntie Heather and Eric

Oh Rick i just watched the video and it made me bawl, even though i am more emotional right now, i still would've cried if i wasn't pregnant. I was just remembering that the last time i saw Katie was when she was no more than three months old and you helped me with my college computer class.
